ELECTROTHERM VARNA has a new production base with an area of 4000 sq.m.
The staff includes twenty people, most of whom have over 30 years of experience.
The assembly lines operating in the plant were purchased from Kantal (Sweden). The production technology of ELEKTROTERM VARNA has been proven over the years with high quality, flexibility, fast execution and a guaranteed long life of the heater.
We produce stainless steel pipes with sizes:
f8 x 0.5mm
φ9.5 x 0.5mm
f10 x 1mm
f12 x 0.5mm
Maximum length of pipes 6m.
Material – stainless steel band 304, 316L, 316Ti, 321 made in France.
The copper pipe is imported with dimensions f10 x 0.8mm.
The filling machines are made according to American technology.
The maximum length of the heaters reaches 5m.
The insulation material with which the pipes are filled is magnesium oxide MgO imported from Japan of very high quality and has excellent heat conductive and dielectric parameters.
It is necessary to know that the shape of the tubular heaters can be achieved by several bends, which alone or in combination can give the desired shape.
A properly built configuration is a guarantee of the proper functioning and longevity of the heater.
